Desert Welcome Gifts



Desert Welcome has been welcoming new homeowners to the desert since 1988. The Welcome Committee introduces your company to the newcomers first and in person, influencing their purchasing decisions at a critical time in their decision making process.Giving a personal recommendation of the businesses who wish to welcome new homeowners to the desert.

We will visit between 150 to 200 new homeowners every month with this highly effective
and low cost method of word of mouth advertising.

In 2009 we implemented our very successful Realtor program with the goal of reaching a greater
number of homeowners the day the keys are handed over to their new home. Realtors are able
to give their clients this well designed gift box with over $2000 in Gift Certificates and special
offers from local businesses and a free one year subscription to Palm Springs Life Magazine.
For realtors who wish to give a gift basket as part of the closing gift, we have partnered with
Jensen's Markets for a welcome home basket that includes the gift box within the basket.






In the fall of 2011 the HOA Welcome Committee program was added.
Working with property managers, HOA's and neighborhood groups we added 170 HOA's to our program in the first 3 months. We supply the gift boxes and support to these groups to form their own welcoming committee within their neighborhoods and the response has been overwhelming.
This program is already yielding significant results and we are confident it will soon surpass our realtor program
in effectiveness of generating quality leads for our participants.
